You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for a refund.
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase (Order ID/receipt) is required.

We’ll reply with the return address and simple packing/shipping steps.
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
Customer pays return shipping.
If we sent a damaged/defective/wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping after review.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos (and if possible, a brief unboxing video). We’ll make it right.
Sale/clearance items, gift cards, custom/altered items.
Items not in original condition (used/washed/perfume or makeup stains/missing tags or packaging).
Please place a new order for the item you want. You can return the original (if eligible) for a refund.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
(Your bank/card may take additional time to post the refund.)
