Where we ship

  • India (Domestic): Free shipping pan-India on all orders.

  • International: We ship worldwide. Charges vary by destination and export regulations. Duties/taxes (if any) are payable by the receiver. Contact us for a quote.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Sat; excluding public holidays).

Delivery timelines (India)

  • Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days from the date of order (includes processing + transit).

  • Remote locations, severe weather, or festival periods may add extra time.

Order tracking

  • Tracking info will be sent by Email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Store Pickup (Manual — contact us)

  • How it works:

    1. Place your order online.

    2. Call/WhatsApp us with your Order ID and preferred pickup time.

    3. We’ll confirm when your order is ready for pickup at:
      [Beleza, Mankavu, Kozhikode, Kerala – 673007]

  • Pickup window: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm IST, Monday–Saturday (closed Sundays & public holidays).

  • Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. For third-party pickup, share the order ID and your registered phone number/OTP.

  • Please collect within 7 days of the “ready for pickup” message; uncollected orders may be cancelled or re-stocked.

Address changes & cancellations

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch to change/cancel. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.

Delivery attempts & undeliverable packages

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, tampered, or missing items

  • If the parcel looks tampered/damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If noticed later, email shop.belezacalicut@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order ID, photos of the outer box & contents, and (if possible) a brief unboxing video for courier audit.

International shipping (details)

  • Rates & timelines: Vary by country, courier and export rules.

  • Duties & taxes: Set/collected by your country’s customs (not included at checkout unless stated).

  • Estimates: Contact us with your full address and cart list for options and ETAs.
